Hanging tilde reindeer are quite simple to sew; besides, out of all the clothes, they are wearing only a strip of fabric as a scarf. Their horns (antlers) are made from twigs, so be sure to look out for a few suitable ones on your next walk.

This master class presents a new tilde pattern.

Materials

  • Fabric for tilde
  • Strip of fabric for scarves
  • Flesh embroidery thread
  • Materials for the muzzle
  • Printing material
  • Branches for horns
  • Small loop or metal ring

Pattern of a new tilde deer

Master Class

Fold a piece of flesh-colored fabric in half wide enough to fit twice the arms, legs, and ears. Iron it. Make preparations. Translate the pattern - draw a body, two arms, two legs and two ears. Sew around the drawn body parts, paying particular attention to the turning holes.

Remember, there should be two open holes at the bottom of each side of the deer's body, although you will need to attach both pieces of fabric with light stitches to hold them together, see photo.

Sew around the legs and arms. Cut out the pieces. Place a slot for turning the part inside the upper part of the arms and legs (see picture.

Fold the edges of the opening in the head so that the seams are under each other, then sew.

Fold the edges of the holes at the bottom of each side of the body and stitch a seam on each to create the base of the toy.

Stuff the deer's body according to the new pattern.

Stuff the arms and legs to the point indicated by the dotted line in the diagram. Pinch the hole in the leg/arms with a pin to prevent the stuffing from coming out.

Thread embroidery thread tightly around the leg/arm of the toy, make a knot and trim the ends of the thread. Remove the pin and stuff the rest of the figurine's leg/arm.

Sew up the holes. Place the arms and legs on each side of the body and sew them on.

Fold the ears and sew them together.

Give your toy a face.

To make the scarf, tear off a strip of your chosen fabric and tie it around the deer's neck.

To hang the toy, attach a loop or metal ring to the neck of your tilde reindeer.

At the very end, attach the branches in place of the horns. Make holes for the branches with the tips of sharp scissors, twisting them in your head until a hole is formed. Select two identical twigs, apply a little glue to their ends and twist them with the adhesive ends into the holes in the head. This completes our tilde deer for the new master class.

Tilde toys have firmly occupied a niche among women's domestic hobbies. Now every needlewoman must have a craft in this style, be it a doll or an animal. We invite you to make a tilda deer toy. A master class on sewing such fawns requires the presence of bright and colorful fabric, preferably with patterns and floral prints.

Cute deer tilde

Master class describing how to sew a tilde deer:

  1. The toy pattern consists of five parts: body, legs, horns, ear and nose. Cut out all the elements from the paper pattern.
  2. Fold the fabric in half, attach a paper pattern and cut out the required number of parts. As a result, you should have two body parts, eight legs, one nose, two horns and four ears. To make the toy more interesting, choose brightly colored fabric with a pattern for the nose, ears and horns.
  3. Sew two parts of the ears together.
  4. Connect the two parts of the body and place the finished ears on top between them in the right place. Sew the pieces together, leaving a small opening. Turn out the part of the toy.
  5. Sew the two horn pieces together.
  6. Sew the four leg pieces together in pairs.
  7. Fill the antlers, body and legs with stuffing and sew up the holes.
  8. Sew a nose on the body, and sew horns on the top of the head.
  9. Sew the legs to the body with large stitches to create a cross on the front side.
  10. For decoration, you can sew a heart on the toy.
  11. Embroider the eyes with black thread.

Christmas Reindeer

The New Year's tilde deer differs from an ordinary toy in two details - a checkered ribbon with a bell and a red nose.

The instructions will tell you how to make a toy deer:

  1. Cut out all the pattern pieces and transfer them to the fabric. As a result, you should have two pieces of each element, and only one circle for the nose.
  2. Sew all the parts except the ears in pairs, leaving small holes.
  3. Turn out all the parts and push the filler inside using a wooden stick or pencil.
  4. Distribute the filler evenly over the entire part so that there are no lumps or bulges. As a result, you should end up with a slightly voluminous toy. Therefore, the filler layer should be a couple of centimeters, no more.
  5. Sew the hooves to the legs.
  6. Sew all other holes with a blind stitch.
  7. Sew all the parts of the toy together. As a result, you should end up with a deer like the one in the picture above.
  8. Connect the ears at the bottom and sew them to the head.
  9. Make a nose. To do this, put a little filler in the middle of the circle and pull the edges together using a needle and thread. After this, sew the ball to the muzzle.
  10. Embroider a mouth with red floss thread and make eyes using black beads.
  11. Under the muzzle, sew a bow with a bell made from a wide red-green checkered ribbon.

Tilda deer: life-size pattern

If you want to make a larger tilde toy, you will need to draw a pattern on a large sheet of paper. The number of parts from which the deer will be sewn is as follows:

  • two parts of the body with a head;
  • four parts of the front legs;
  • four parts of the hind legs;
  • four parts of ears.

The master class describes step by step how to make a tilde toy:

  1. Cut out all the details of the future toy from the fabric.
  2. Then sew the pieces together in pairs. On the paper pattern, dotted lines indicate the places where the elements will be sewn together. So leave holes there.
  3. Turn out all the parts and stuff the filler inside. The finished toy must be stable, so apply padding polyester or other material tightly. Pay special attention to your legs and torso. Stuff a small layer of stuffing into the ears.
  4. Sew the ears and legs to the body.
  5. Take twigs and sew or glue them to the head instead of horns.
  6. Sew on black eye beads and use a marker or thread to make a nose and mouth. Use cosmetic blush to paint your cheeks.
  7. The neck of the tilde deer can be decorated with a ribbon, and its ends can be tied into a bow.

The craft is ready!

Fawn Girl

Description of how to make a girl fawn:

  1. Cut out two parts for the head, muzzle and four ears from beige or brown fabric.
  2. From the patterned scrap, cut out two body parts with arms and legs.
  3. Sew the head and body parts together in pairs, leaving holes at the bottom and top, respectively.
  4. Sew the ear pieces together in pairs.
  5. Sew the muzzle triangles together, leaving the bottom unsewn.
  6. Turn out all the parts.
  7. Place the filler inside the body and head. There are many corners in the part, so use a wooden stick so that the padding polyester or cotton wool is placed evenly throughout the toy.
  8. Sew the head and body together.
  9. Sew on the muzzle, having previously placed a little filler under the part.
  10. Sew on the ears.
  11. Cut a circle out of colored fabric. Fold it in half twice and cut off the top. As a result, you should end up with a circle with a hole in the center. This will be a skirt.
  12. Place the skirt on the toy and sew it on. To hide the seam, you can tie a ribbon like a belt.
  13. Draw eyes and a nose, make horns, sew on beads and buttons.

The deer girl is ready!

Simple tilde deer

This toy is very easy to make, but it looks beautiful and can decorate a room. To create it, you will need to cut out two identical body parts with a head and legs from fabric, and one solid horn from felt or felt.

Then simply sew the two parts of the toy together and stuff more stuffing inside. Sew on the horns using a decorative button. Tie a beautiful ribbon or cord around your neck.

This is how easy it is to make a wonderful tilde toy.

  1. To make your craft look like a tilde, choose fabric in bright colors.
  2. It is not necessary to make the entire toy from one fabric. You can choose a brown or beige shade for the body and legs, and make the ears and horns from scraps with a floral or abstract pattern.
  3. If the legs come as a separate part of the pattern, and are not sewn together with the body, then the joints can be played up in an original way. For example, sew large beautiful buttons or ribbons on top (see picture above).
  4. The tilde deer can also be sewn from plain fabric. Then complement the toy with interesting decor or an accessory (for example, a ribbon with a bell).
  5. If you have a pattern for a tilde toy standing on four legs (a bunny, a cat, a sheep), it can also be used to sew a deer. Just change the shape of the ears and add horns.

Strange long-armed and long-legged fabric toys have become a part of our lives. Why do we see kindness and charm in these stylized faces and muzzles with dotted eyes? Let psychologists figure it out, and we’ll just work for a couple of hours, and we’ll have a New Year’s long-legged deer tilde.

Long-legged miracle

To sew a miracle with your own hands, we will need:

  • pattern paper;
  • a piece of fabric;
  • tree branches;
  • a strip of fabric or braid for a scarf.

Work order

    1. We will start the master class with a pattern, transferring it to paper in full size. The details do not fit completely in the photo, and the break points are marked with dotted lines.

    1. Fold the fabric in half and cut out the torso, legs, arms and ears. Sew up the darts on the head and stitch along the edges of all the blanks. Leave a small hole at the bottom of the body and ears, and to stuff the limbs, cut small holes in the places where they will later be attached to the body.

    1. Turn it inside out. Fill all parts with filler. We will fill the arms and legs with our own hands in two stages. Hammer to the knee or elbow, then wrap the thread and tie tightly. Fill the rest of the limb. Sew up the holes.
    2. Sew the limbs and ears to the body.

  1. Use a knitting needle to make two holes in the head, apply a drop of glue to the tips of the branches and stick them in as horns. Draw the eyes and tie a scarf. New Year's tilde deer is ready to celebrate the New Year. If you sew a loop to the back of the head, you can even hang it on a Christmas tree.

Felt deer

    1. Usually Santa travels around the world on New Year's Day in a sleigh with 3-5 reindeer. Therefore, we will make him a whole flock from the most convenient fabric for sewing and put it under the Christmas tree. Our felt New Year's deer will consist of only two identical parts. You will only need one pattern.

    1. We take the template and cut out 6 blanks from felt in three different colors. Glue the appliques to the sides and draw or embroider eyes.

    1. Sew the head and horns with thread to match the fabric and fill them with filler. Then you need to sew the legs and back while laying down the filling. Finish the work in the chest area.

  1. Make a sleigh out of a box with your own hands, harness crafts into it and place it under the Christmas tree. Santa will be pleased with his team.

Deer in clothes

The master class here is almost the same as in the first section. The only difference is in the pattern and shape. And this tilde-style reindeer is very homely. If we want to give ourselves or a friend a craft in the tilde style for the New Year, let this toy look like a man.

    1. Remove the template from the photograph onto paper, enlarging it and folding it along the dotted lines.

    1. Attach the template to the fabric and make a pattern of all the details in duplicate.

    1. Sew all the parts along the edge, turn them inside out and stuff them with filler. Sew up the holes.

    1. Start the master class on attaching limbs by sewing a button to the shoulder. Our toy will be able to freely raise its legs and arms thanks to this fastening.

    1. Simply sew two buttons on different shoulders at the same time, passing the thread through the body. Let's do the same with the legs.

    1. To make our reindeer, which we will plant under the tree, look like a deer, we need to sew him antlers from felt.

    1. Let's cut out and sew a sweater and pants.

  1. Put all the parts together, dress him, draw his nose and eyes and send the craft to wait for Santa Claus.
